Julie Tawney Warden is the Chief Operations Officer of WV FREE, a reproductive health, rights, and justice organization in West Virginia. A graduate of West Virginia University, she currently serves as the State Coordinator for Raising Women's Voices, she's a co-founder of "The 100", a charity group in Charleston, WV, and was a member of the Leadership WV class of 2013. Julie was named a WV Living Wonder Woman in 2019 and has a passion for advancing the rights of women and families in West Virginia through both advocacy and policy.
